Reveal coverage complete

34 of 34 Forbidden cards revealed · 8 of 8 Limited cards revealed · 5 of 5 installments covered.

All five YCS Houston installments are covered: 34 newly Forbidden cards, eight Limited cards and one Semi-Limited card. This article lists changes only; unchanged cards are omitted. The new limits take effect Monday, October 19, 2026. Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon has not been released in the TCG: its announced limit does not itself grant TCG play legality. OCG, Master Duel, Rush Duel and Genesys use separate rules. Konami’s complete October 19 list confirms the revealed changes. Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon is the exception: its Limited status takes effect November 11, 2026, with Magnificent Maestros. It remains unreleased in the TCG until that release; a restriction does not grant release legality. Konami’s complete October 19 list confirms the revealed changes.
