Reviewed unofficial English summary: Once per turn by name, activate it to optionally search a Level 4 or lower Cubic monster. Neither player takes battle damage from battles between monsters. Once per turn during your Main Phase, it can Special Summon a Cubic monster from your hand without meeting its Summoning conditions. When a monster is destroyed in battle, its controller takes damage equal to its original ATK.
